Mr. Rodbell is a Partner of Castle Hill Apparel and member of the Board of Directors, in charge of the Worldwide Sourcing Operations. He manages all off-shore purchases, quality control programs, final cost negations for raw materials and finished product and allocation of production in all countries.
Mr. Rodbell has over thirty years of experience in the apparel industry and prior to joining the Company in 2001, he was the Senior Vice President of Karin Stevens, Inc. Previously he held positions which incorporated responsibility for offshore manufacturing offices and marketing and sales for wholesale companies.
